製品説明

スリーイーマシナリーの一軸シュレッダー（WT48150/WT48200/WT48250）は、広く使用されているリサイクル機です。 プラスチック、紙、木材、繊維、ゴム、有機廃棄物、非金属材料などに広く使用される理想的な機械です。 四角いブレードがねじ込まれた単一の中実シャフトで構成されています。 このシャフトはモデルに応じて約 74 ～ 83 RPM で回転し、これらのブレードは切断チャンバーの底部の下刃を通過します。 油圧ラムが継続的に材料をシュレッダーのシャフトに押し付け、連続的な切断を保証します。 ほとんどの場合、材料をさらに細断するために切断チャンバー内に材料を保持するスクリーンとともに使用されます。 また、一軸シュレッダーの標準カットは25～40mmです。 たとえば、各顧客やプロジェクトのニーズに必要な機械のサイズは、材料の初期サイズ、容量、最終出力サイズなどによって異なります。
